This position works closely with our Deputy Director to assist in developing and growing our youth programs including but not limited to our outreach programs in Baltimore City and for children with Special Needs. Must be able to work with children and effectively lead a classroom as well as ability to assist in load-in/load-out for children’s performances. Ability to provide courteous and supportive customer service as well as handle administrative tasks.

Requirements:

      • Basic knowledge and understanding of music and musical theatre with experience
      • Basic choreography skills for age groups 6-12
      • Advanced choreography skills for ages 13-17 (Necessary for working with this age group)
